It’s natural to feel a wide range of emotions during this time. Whatever you are feeling, the first thing we recommend is to take a deep breath. When facing something unexpected, it’s best to take a moment to step back, take a deep breath and think through your response to the situation. This is also a great time to take notice of what emotions you are feeling and allow yourself to process the possibility of being pregnant. Schedule an Appointment
After you have taken some time for yourself, the next step is to consider making an appointment with us here at Choices Resource Center. The first reason you should do this is because we can provide you with a medical grade pregnancy test to confirm your pregnancy. We can also perform an ultrasound to determine the viability of your pregnancy and determine the date.
Gather Information
Before making a decision, we always recommend that you gather all possible information.
