DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

To minimize your wait time, we prefer that you schedule an appointment. However, walk-ins are accepted at our Mobile Locations. Simply call (865) 483-0099 to make an appointment at any of our locations or select the “Make an Appointment” link above.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

All of our services are always free. No matter what.

CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME?

Yes. A support person is welcome to come with you.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TEST RESULTS?

You will receive pregnancy test results during your appointment. STI/STD testing results will be given on our Mobile Medical Clinic one week after your first appointment.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING MY APPOINTMENT?

When you arrive, you will be asked to complete the paperwork. Then a staff member will take you to a private room to discuss your medical history and answer any questions. The medical professional will ask you to leave a urine sample. If you bring someone with you, they will be asked to wait in the waiting area for the beginning of the appointment, but you can invite them to join you for the education portion.
