How Does a Pregnancy Test Work?
How Soon Can I Take a Pregnancy Test?
When your menstrual cycle is regular (approximately every 28 – 30 days), you can usually take a pregnancy test a day or two after your missed period. By waiting longer, you will get more reliable results from your pregnancy test but our tests can sometimes detect pregnancy a day before your missed period.

What Happens If My Test Is Positive?
First, you may receive an offer for a free and confidential ultrasound. An ultrasound is important in order to get the vital information you need about your pregnancy.
